I progressed from Hardware Development Engineer to Lead Product Engineer, Head of Digital Business, Digital & Operational Excellence Manager, and ultimately Business Development Manager. My responsibilities evolved from PCB development, prototyping and testing for the SolMate product to managing manufacturing and procurement with partners in Europe and Asia. I later shifted towards digital product development, operational excellence and business development, combining my technical background with product, process and commercial responsibilities.
